Buyers arrive in Springfield by 3pm and transfer (included) to your hotel to check-in, rest, and freshen up for your adventure!
The event will begin with an evening reception and dinner with Visit Springfield, Missouri, and will be held at either The Original & Granddaddy of all Bass Pro Shops / Wonders of Wildlife Natural History Museum and Aquarium

Breakfast is included this morning before a step-on tour of Springfield and a visit to the History Museum on the Square.
Lunch will be at Gary’s Gay Parita on Route 66 in Ash Grove, MO.
Then travel to Carthage, MO, to visit Red Oak II and Precious Moments Chapel, George Washington Carver National Monument, and the World’s Largest Small Electrical Appliance Museum. Dinner and local entertainment are included this evening.
Breakfast is included this morning before a tour of Joplin and Route 66 into Kansas.
Stops will include the Bonnie and Clyde apartment, historic Joplin City Hall and its murals, Candy House Gourmet, Grand Falls, and the Joplin History & Mineral Museum.
Lunch will be in Kansas at the Baxter Springs Heritage Center & Museum. The tour will also visit Cars on the Route in Galena, KS, which was the inspiration for the Pixar movie Cars, and Gearhead Curios, a Route 66 favorite souvenir shop.
An afternoon service project will be held at Wildcat Park in partnership with the Wildcat Glades Nature Group.
The day will conclude with the opening reception for all conference attendees.
A sponsored continental breakfast is included this morning. The Conference begins with a keynote speaker followed by a breakout session by category (Operators, Hotels, DMOs, Attractions) and an industry panel discussion. A sponsored lunch follows before the floor opens for the trade show with door prizes this afternoon. This evening, a fabulous dinner is included, sponsored by Visit Joplin.

Accent Supports Local Breakfast is included. Itinerary Planning begins. During the session, operators and suppliers brainstorm to create new, unique itineraries based on what they learned at the trade show. Each group presents their itinerary to the entire group. To conclude, delegates discuss Accent take-aways and Shout-Outs before the conference ends.
Please make your flights after 3pm. Transportation back to the airport is included.
